YOUNG program is designed for the training process with young population aged 13 - 19 years of age. The goal of the harmonious development of organ systems and functions, as well as preparing young body for the training load that you expect in the later stages of career. The program represented the means and methods which aim to develop essential skills: speed, strength, coordination, agility and explosive muscle. The program also contains an educational component that is oriented towards the personality of a young person -and that is developing a winning spirit and enduring efforts which are inevitable in achieving top sports and life result.
